How is this companies customer service and there products?

I’ve read a lot on this board and others and am getting mixed reviews

For the ones who have this scanner listed in title, can you give me your thoughts on it

I've also been looking at this scanner.

I know a lot of people with Iray products and have never really heard anything negative about their CS. They have a really good warranty policy.

I have one. I like mine a lot. I would say the proprietary batteries are an issue in so far as they are expensive but they are available and it comes with 2 right away. The battery life gets worse in the cold. I would say 2-2.5 hours per battery is normal in 45ish degrees. The LRF works great. I've ranges deer size targets to 870'ish yards and I can ID deer at several hundred yards. I need to figure out the proximity sensor and see if I can get it to turn off when it's removed from the face. Feel free to ask me any questions and I'll try to answer them to the best of my ability.

Find an individual dealer. All my thermals are bought from an individual and I’ve yet to pay “advertised” price on anything. I even have an individual I buy my firearms from and never paid “advertised” prices either.

I can't speak to the scanner however, I'm running the Infiray GH50 and like the heck out of it, no issues to date so no need for customer service.

Ive ran this scanner and its a good image.

Cheap made body on this one and battery life sucks!

Thats why i sold mine was because of the battery life!

It's a great unit. The batteries do go fast, but the clarity for scanning is excellent. The LRF works great. Their 5 day, 5 year warranty is no joke. I did see in another post a complaint about a damaged unit of some type, with the company indicating the damage had to be caused by the user. "If" the company is in the right then that's a business decision. Leupold has been pretty legendary over the years taking the opposite approach and just replacing scopes that were clearly damaged by the user falling off a horse, etc.

So bottom line, I've only had outstanding CS from the company. I have tested many of their products and own a few. If your thermal riflescope lacks a LRF then the Finder is a very good option. I routinely recommend it to friends who ask.

Mine has been a very good unit. Bought it last summer and zero issues so far.
