Well, y’all brace for impact! It’s “supposed” to come over us about midnight as Cat 2 as of now.
My county has implemented a curfew from 8pm to 7am. They’re calling for widespread power outages and lots of rain. Some areas in my county have already got over 6”.
Here’s a few pics from one of my trail cams…

Thanks. The last one came over at night too!! It was like listening to a tornado for 6 hours in the pitch black!! We’re as prepared as we could be. Tornadoes are already popping up. Gonna be a LONG night, even longer when the power goes out, lol.

You all be safe. Her sis is trying to sell the house, has an extra 'loaner' dog and a showing today, then the storm. I was in Victoria - headed to Corpus when Carla hit at port OConner. Not fun.

Well, we made out like bandits. The forecasted path changed 4 times and luckily for us the eye passed well East of us and we didn’t get any winds over 40+mph. We never lost power, but did lose WiFi, which is a very minor inconvenience in my opinion.

The plantation made out really good and got lucky with a big pine that fell on a second kennel. The tree luckily fell between the divider of the kennel. The two dogs will probably suffer from PTSD, but both are alive and well. Nothing hit the main kennel thankfully and they never lost power either.

The folks in the eye and East got hammered bad. 100+mph winds!! They’ll be without power for a while.

Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers. In 28 years in this county we’ve had 2 tornadoes and now 2 hurricanes come through. Hope the next 25 years produces none!!
