Dave,You were never banned for the same reason Kirby/MJoe was banned for. Completely different situation. And for the record, I am not on the banning bandwagon either. In fact, that is exactly why I quit my Moderator position here. At THAT time there was a heavy hand on the ban hammer. For the record, I am not advocating that anyone be banned.
