How many times can you safely reload a 22-250 brass?

Not sure for the 250 but I have 243 brass with 10+ loads on them! Load them till the primer pockets get loose or till you split a neck! If you see cracks then toss it. Depends on high hot you load them also. Neck sizing keeps the brass a little longer but I always full length.

If your not loading it HOT (max loads)as many times as it takes until the neck cracks (6 to 8) If your pushing them hard 3 to 4. Also depends on brass quality.

Ditto with 3DHUSKER. My hot loads need to be trimmed back after 2 firings and usually only last another 2 loadings. Mild loads seem to need to be trimmed after 3 for 4 firings and I can get another 3 to 4 loadings before the necks crack.

That's encouraging. I was hoping to get at least 10 rounds out of the brass. I can buy 200 brass for $30.00 dollars. Don't know if that is good or bad?

Is the brass already once fired? If it is new brass that is a good price. With regards to 22-250 brass, I do not know I just got my 22-250 last week. With 243 and 223 brass you can get well over 10 reloads. If load mild loads and anneal your necks you can get 20+. To be honest I generally loose my brass in the weeds prior to it becoming unsafe.
As far as if reloading is worth it, from a financial perspective it depends on how much you view your time as worth. From an accuracy standpoint it is without a doubt worth it to reload. Check this link out as far as whether it is worth it to you.

Great link...thanks for the heads up. I think I will buy the brass...it seems like a good deal.

$30 for 200 pc of brass is a very good price even if it's once fired. Check midways prices, don't know why 22-250 brass is so high but it is.

Depends on several variables. I load for five different 22-250 rifles so I full length size and bump the shoulders hard. My loads are stout but not crazy hot. I anneal the brass after every 4 firings and I discard Winchester brass after the 15th loading just because. I try to milk 20 out of Lapua brass. Then again, I have no idea why I bought 22-250 Lapua brass.

FWIW, I do know folks who have had case head separation even though the primer pockets were still tight. Just depends on how the brass stretches.
