First coyotes of the season and the new year

Well we had a good storm front roll in on us. So I decided that I wouldn’t get a better weather day for the rest of the season and the season is late already so I took the day off from work and headed out to some areas to see if I could still kill a coyote or two. Ended up with 5, called in 9, it’s crazy how fast you can get out of practice when you don’t do it enough. Poor stand setup or just poor shooting, anyways still a fun time in the sun and better than being at work. Rifled 3 and shotgunned 2, gonna try to go to church tonight and go out again on Sunday with my brother in law.

Oh nice, I lived in Arizona for 7 years and loved it and still hunt there once or twice a year when I can. I’m located in southern Nm born and raised here moved away to Arizona for awhile but moved back for a better job and for the kiddos to grow up around the family. But I sure do miss my Arizona hunting days, explored a lot of country over there I’m sure we have been in the same areas.

Haha no sir they had already taken a few snow days themselves. Yes I got an earful when I got home that they couldn’t go hunting with me haha.
