Got all the peices bolted together late last night (crappy cell picture). The metal work has been ready for a while. The stock came in from NOS last week (thanks Tim!); 3 days shy of 6 months... If the rain will cooperate, I'll get it broke in & some better pics this eve.

Barrel is 28" for now. We can cut it down to just under 25" in the lathe without taking the barrel off. So I may shorten it up later (especially since I have a ThunderBeast waiting on papers) but it's easier to go shorter than longer. It was just hard cutting too much off the 31" blank. So this is were I'm starting.

Yes the 105 class bullets is what I'll be shooting. The reamer was spec'd for the 105 Hunting VLD but I will also try the 107 seirra, Berger Hybrid, & 105 Amax as well. Whatever shoots best is what will run.

Built the rifle for a few of the Tactical Matches we go to. I'm sure a several deer & maybe a close walk coyote, crow, groundhog, or other dangerous vermin will be on the menu also; just to break her in. Rifle weighs 14.5# on my scales as you see it.

Thanks for the comments guys.

Again, thanks. These were my first attempt at building a set.

And my idea of a counter system (for those later games when it gets... more difficult... to remember score

Pretty sweet rig. Nothing better when they're all done up and the trigger is touched off. I've got components ready to rock for one and am dragging shipping them out.

Miller Lite? Really???

Why the Nitroous Oxide Systems ad on the side?

Kidding. Very nice build. I'll be awaiting a range report........
