1st stand I started with Female Sore Howl for 2 series, then silent for a couple of minutes, then a few of seconds of a male lone howl, then silent again. We saw this female pop up on the knoll about 185 yds. We had a coyote spook off here about 10 days ago, probably got our wind, so we did not wait to see what she would do. This is a long shot for me but we counted down and double tapped her right there. She rolled back over the knoll out of sight but she only made it about 10yds and fell dead.

You would have had to given about “ a half a coyote” for wind up here last night. Every time i stood up to pee my chair blew over. I have NO IDEA why i went hunting.
Hey, Mike, you want to borrow my wind flag to help determine hold-off? I'll gladly loan it to you, but you have to pay the freight. It consists of 6' of 1/2" logging chain on a 75# anvil. Works well up to gale force winds.;)

Predator Masters… Where good judgment is questionable, and real men still stand up to pee! I’m proud to be affiliated with such a fine group of people! I’m proud to stand with you Mike! Well, on the upwind side of you.
