External battery pack for RIX Storm 6

I'm looking for an external battery pack for my Storm 6 and I was wondering if anyone is running one on the Storm 6 and what kind of luck you're having with them. Thanks..Pat
 
Can't help with that specific scope but I have been running the same Anker 6700 since thermals became legal here in 2 Hogsters then my Thermion with no issues. Lasts all night.
I run a bolt gun, and zip tied the mesh bag it came in to my gun as a holder.

I will give one of those a look. Thank you. I am also running a bolt gun myself.love the scope but it loves the standard RIX 18650 batteries. Lucky to get an hour and a half out of one and that's with some of that time in standby mode.
 
I donā€™t run an external power source unless things start wearing down, but I too have a couple Anker power banks. I carry one and a cable in my chest pack and a second one in my gear bag in the truck. Anker is good stuff. At least for my needs.
 
I've got 6 RIX 18650s, 2 of them were new in November the other 4 were new in Early February and the Storm just eats them.my K3 will go almost all night on one of them. I ordered an Anker power pack today.šŸ˜
