Custom Slate Turkey Call

I am looking for recommendations on who's custom slate calls and who's strikers to buy. I already have a Woodhaven Cherry Classic slate but would like some more calls. I hunt Easterns in PA. Also I would like surface and pot material recommendations. I am not a beginner and I have called in and also killed long beards, just looking to add to my arsenal.

You may want to talk to Eric (NINTHINNING). You can look him up in the call makers forum.
He made me a Snakewood pot with acrylic and copper and matching striker. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif

Heres a pic from the first time I took it out for calling;

Supreme Calls and Dad's Call's are two of the best. I like glass tops. Strikers are all over the map, there are tons of good ones. I usually ask the maker what they like with their calls. Do you visit the NWTF website and the calls section much? If not, there is a lot of info there. Also a good source to buy from (if you don't use them already) is Midwest Turkey Call Supply and Wing's.

Feel free to take a look at my website for a variety of turkey call woods and surfaces. I have made in the neighborhood of 500 pot style calls in the past 3 years and have sold them to folks in most of the 50 states. As the pictures on my website show, my calls will get the job done when it comes to turkeys. Thanks for taking a look.

Definitely check out the Lightsoutcalls. His calls and strikers look too good to take into the field, but sound too good not to. I know a couple of turkey hunting fanatics/call collectors that have them and they are awesome calls. Oh, y'all best hurry up and get them before Wendell figures out he should be selling them for twice as much as he does. I think most of the turkey call makers that I know own and use Lightsoutcalls.
