1st stand on a new farm. 2nd howl series and they answered right down below us. We saw this pair come into the field and straight to us committed. I bark stopped them, my female was at 100yds+-, the male was at about 80 yds. I counted down, DRT. The male is one of the prettiest coyotes I have ever seen, blond with a ,lot of white on his face. 39lbs.
3rd stand we had a pack sound off while we were walking back to the truck so we set up again and tried a breeding sound, then Pound town. This female bobcat came in to the wood line, DRT. 26.75lbs, a big female for here and a very nice color. This is the same field where we killed a male bobcat a few weeks ago that came in to coyote vocals.
It was looking like a good night until my NVision scope quit working. I'll be on the phone with them Monday morning for a return label. Bad timing for sure.
