Michigan prosecutors charged a Chinese citizen with voter fraud and perjury after he allegedly cast a ballot in the 2024 election, authorities announced Wednesday.

Sources familiar with the matter told CNN that the 19-year-old Chinese man who allegedly voted is a student who lives in Ann Arbor, home to the University of Michigan. Authorities said the man isn’t a US citizen, and therefore can’t vote in federal elections.

It appears that the student’s vote can’t be nullified after the fact and will be counted.

Washtenaw County Clerk Lawrence Kestenbaum told CNN ballots can’t be retrieved once they have gone through the tabulator.
 
But, remember there is NO VOTER FRAUD. But an illegal ballot counts. We had illegal immigrants testify in the(Mn) state house,during drivers license for illegals voting, that they were already voting so issuing drivers lic to illegals WOULDN'T effect voting. WALZ DID NOT investigate the voter fraud.
And Michigan keeps voting democrats into office at all levels, as does Minnesota. Must be the low information voters.

Agree 100%. Any illegal voter should be deported upon conviction!

While we all KNOW who he voted for they claim no ballot can be traced as to origin so they can't remove his ballot.
AND THE STEAL HAS BEGUN!🤬

That was my first thought as well, but which side loses the vote? We all know who he voted for, but how do you prove it? :mad:
ETA: The one thing that could/should be done for sure is deport the student to make an example of how we treat fraudulent voters. The student is probably here legally, but he has forfeited that privilege AFAIC!
 
gonna be a lot of illegals registering to vote and then voting tomorrow. even if they get caught, their vote will still count
