The death penalty bar should be lowered significantly for illegal aliens. If their country of origin complains, come get them and insure they never step foot in America again!

the death penalty should be carried out a lot sooner if there is no question of the guilt. people on death row have been there for decades. that has to change.

and in cases where innocent people have been found in jail due to prosecutorial misconduct or corrupt cops then those folks trade places with the former prisoner and stay in jail as long as the prisoner did.

I forgot what the exact figure was, but I think that in Commifornia it cost something like 120 million to execute a death row inmate due to all the appeals, probably a lot more by now.
I would never want to see an innocent person executed, absolutely no question of guilt, I say get rid of them!
