! I’ve shot many with my 223. I’m definitely not as good a shot as the guys that have NEVER had a runner with there’s, lol ! I’ve had numerous runners with it and many that have been DRT. Many say no pic you didn’t get it. I say BS to that too as when buzzards are flying they have found many of those runners !
I have an old Remington 788 / 243 bolt that is a hammer but I just don’t carry it much as I like using the arca mount. I wish I had known at the time that the 6.5 Creedmoor is almost identical to the 243 as I would’ve bought that rather than my 308. Savage didn’t offer the 243 in the AR platform. I would probably have to go back to school to learn how to build an AR, lol.
