Didn't know it was available, but:
Camo Roof Panels
I built a number of deer blinds in years past, and always used plywood due to the noise factor. Metal would have been better & a lot less work as it would not need painting. Never thought of insulating a blind in our usually balmy weather, but that would overcome the noise issue.
