Alabama hunt

I live about 20 miles from the AL state line and my hunting buddies and I have a good number of farms to hunt within an hours drive of home.

Alabama doesn’t allow night hunting during deer season and it just closed last week on Feb 10th.

Last night Ken and I hunted 5 stands and saw 12 coyotes on 3 of the 5. We killed 5 and wounded two that came back to life and made it into a thicket. We also both missed.

We had great luck calling in multiplies last night. 3 on one stand, 5 on one and 4 one.

It seemed odd that they were bunched up like that during February.

Nice work! Well except for the escapees, because that sucks. Glad you have shaken the flu man. I have also heard it’s no joke this year.

I immediately had Jeremy in mind when I saw the word "covey". I have never had more than three come in here in southeast Okla.

I know how you feel -I went from pneumonia to the flu and the flu was worse.
Then my wife got it, and we both had flu shots. Going towards the finish line now and glad it's behind you!!

Soup, l know how you feel and I got the flu shot this year too…..l think in December.

I ran a real high temperature for 4 or 5 days and felt like someone had beaten me with a baseball bat.

No fever just ungodly coughing and absolutely zero energy-beat up. Past me now and I'm thankful!!!
