6 ARC bullet

What bullet have folks tried? How was the accuracy and terminal performance? Would you recommend the bullet you shot
Edit: I put this up right before I went to bed and I was sleepy. I meant to ask bullets for coyotes but I'd be curious to hear what bullets peoples are using if they are hunting other animals.

I've used about everything factory produced and several non-factory options. Of course everything will work if you hit them perfectly, but the 87gr v-max was very effective. A 75gr v-max is better. I loaded some 55gr ballistic tips and shot 8 or 9 animals with them, and none of them opened, they all penciled through. I'm loading some 58gr v-max now to test when I get bored with this 22 nosler, and I think that might be the best coyote option. As far as accuracy, you would have to try pretty hard to create a load that doesn't shoot well in a 6arc. I've got a few of my own and several of my buddies shoot them, and they shoot everything well..

I would write/talk to Nosler about those 55's. That is one of my favorites in the 6x45 and 6mm-204, always performed very well.

I'm trying the 75gr Speer HP and the few coyotes I've shot with them have been lengthwise DRT. My ARC is twisted 1-7 so I'm trying a heavier bullet.

I got some 75 grain v-max bullets loaded up. Planning on trying the Nosler 70grain Varmint bullets as well as the Sierra 70 grain Gamekings. I'll report back once I get some time to shoot.

I shoot the Druid Hill and HSM 75gr vmax out of both my Savage and Howa. So far I've only lost one coyote and it was 100% my fault. Every other has been bang/flop. Even the not so perfect shots.
