52gr FB Berger match vs 53gr Hornady FB match

The Bergers are twice the price of the Hornady s. I've read the Bergers rival custom bullets for accuracy, not much on the Hornady s. Any thoughts on these? I have a box of each of n the way to start working up loads.

I'm a big fan of the Berger 52 grain match bullet, & use it exclusively in a couple coyote guns. I have 100% complete confidence in them.

In the grand scheme of things, the cost difference in bullets does not play a role for me for shooting coyotes.

I'm building a 22-250 and going to try the 53 Gr V-max, if they don't work out accuracy wise, thoughts on the Berger in the 22-250?

I shooting them in my 22 DTI at 3550, and performance on coyotes is fantastic.

A guy that used to post here kills 3-400 coyotes a year, & that's his bullet of choice in his 22-250.

First go round with these two the Hornady was twice the size group as the Bergers . Changing to 748 for the next session. It was windy again and could see the target moving in the scope I tried to shoot when the target was steady to one side or another so I had some horizontal spread to ..6 for the Bergers with three in one large hole. The Hornady were spread across 1" with a vertical of .7. with no cluster.
